AquaNatal is available from 28 weeks and over for up to 10 weeks. Book early to avoid disappointment.

AquaNatal sessions are held at the NSC, Douglas on Tuesdays at 13:00 - 14:00  &

Western Swimming Pool, Peel Thursdays at 14:00 - 15:00

To book in please email aquanatal@gov.im with your full name, date of birth, due date and preferred venue (this cannot be guaranteed).

The midwife will contact you close to your first class but in the meantime for more information on Aqua-natal classes suitable for you please see your midwife.
